The ocean view from the room was stunning and the cozy fireplace was a nice touch. The dining options were disappointing, especially the buffet selection. Best to try Emily's for better food. The casino was clean and smoke-free, but the slot machine options were limited.

The room was a dream—comfy bed, great shower, and a lovely view! I loved the indoor pool and hot tub; practically had them to myself! Plus, the food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the salmon—can't wait to go back!

The staff is super helpful and makes you feel like a high roller even if you're just trying to place a bet. The pool area is inviting and perfect for unwinding after a long day and the restaurant menu offers some delicious surprises.
The room cleanliness could use a little more attention.

Incredible ocean views and spotlessly clean rooms. The beds were divine, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast at Emily's was delightful and offered great value; service was impeccable. breakfast options are limited before 8:30 AM, forcing last-minute scrambles for food. Requested a romantic ocean view for our honeymoon, but received a parking lot instead. Disappointing. The casino lacks variety, with limited table games and food options. Amenities could improve; slow elevators and a fitness room that needs a boost. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with leftover debris in our room. Attention to detail matters. Great potential, but they must raise the bar to match the price tag.

The room was spacious and clean. The king-size bed was super comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep even for a light sleeper like me. The electric fireplace added a cozy touch; being able to change the flame color was a nice feature. Temperature control was solid, and opening the windows let in refreshing ocean air. The noise level was pleasantly low, with no disturbances from outside. A microwave was convenient for leftovers from the restaurant, which served generous portions. the shower door did not contain water well, and the sliding setup wasn't ideal for ocean views.

The worst part was dealing with the staff about my service animal. At first, everything seemed fine, but then the supervisor started questioning me. It felt targeted and made me really uncomfortable. I ended up leaving early because of it.

I had been eager to visit Quinault Beach Resort & Casino for its ideal location near the wild coastline and ancient forests. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional catering staff's dedication to ensuring the success of events. The quaint coffee bar in the cozy beach-front lobby offered delicious fresh baked pastries and light snacks, adding to the delightful experience.

the rooms are super clean, and the location is perfect for casino access. the staff is excellent, and the view is truly great. also, the free valet parking is a big plus.

Great view, easy beach access, and close to everything. The prime rib at Emily's was exceptional. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend this hotel.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this casino resort in Ocean Shores. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were lucky enough to win a 'hot seat' drawing at the casino, adding an exciting twist to our stay. The hotel room was clean, quiet, and had a breathtaking ocean view. We loved the electronic tablet in the room for easy room service ordering. The lounge offered delicious food, and despite being busy, the service remained top-notch.
The check-in time of 4pm, which we felt was too late in the day. This resulted in a long line and wait at the reception when we finally could check in.

we had a fantastic time at quinault beach resort & casino. our room was beautiful with a fireplace, fridge, and microwave. the quick check-in process was a bonus. we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe king suite with a view, and the friendly restaurant server made our dining experience enjoyable. the staff, overall, were very nice and accommodating, and the ocean view from our room was great.
